Returns & Exchanges
- Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All tags must be intact, and the product must be returned in its original packaging.
- The garment must be securely packed and handed over in the same condition in which it was received.
- Requests can be initiated through our 'Request a Return' page or by contacting our support team at info@formistryfashion.com.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will process the approved exchange or replacement. This process might take up to 5 days.
- Upload your order images or videos. The images or videos must not be AI generated, or the return request will be rejected.
Refund Timelines
- Refunds, wherever applicable, will be initiated only after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within up to 5 days.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
